A Family Steadying Consultation is the natural starting point for most people. In that first meeting we hear the full picture and explain your options honestly. From there you can decide — with no pressure — whether further support makes sense and, if so, which service fits best.

Cross-border family matters are quite common in the Eastern Seaboard region. We handle cases that sit within Thai jurisdiction and, where international elements arise, we explain clearly what Thai law applies and when separate overseas advice may also be needed.

Timelines vary with the nature and complexity of the matter. An arrangement with mutual agreement can be completed in one to two months. A fully contested matter may take longer, and we will give you an honest estimate at the outset rather than an overly optimistic one.

Everything you share with us is held in the strictest confidence. Legal professional privilege applies to communications with counsel. We do not discuss client matters with third parties without your explicit consent.

The stated fee covers the scope described for each service. Should circumstances expand significantly beyond the original scope, we discuss that with you openly before any additional work proceeds. You will never receive an unexpected bill.

Initial enquiries can be made by phone or email. For a full consultation we prefer to meet in our Nong Prue office where privacy is ensured. If travel is difficult, we can sometimes arrange an alternative — please mention this when you reach out.
