Case Study — Unmarried Parents, Disputed Custody in Bang Lamung
The Challenge
Two parents — one Thai, one foreign national — had separated after several years together without formalising parental rights. Neither held a court-recognised custody agreement, and communication between them had broken down. The foreign parent was concerned about their ability to see the child if they left the country.
What We Did
We began with separate consultations to understand both priorities before any direct correspondence was initiated. Over six weeks of quiet back-and-forth, we drafted a parental arrangement that addressed primary residence, holiday access, and travel consent — all within the Thai legal framework and without requiring contested court proceedings.
The Outcome

Case Study — Property Division Following Registered Marriage
The Challenge
